A Personalised Training Program

Programs are built into my coaching app, featuring personal coaching videos to ensure proper technique.

Program adjustments every four weeks based on your input to keep workouts engaging and progress-focused.

As many or as few sessions as needed, this bit is totally bespoke - not a cookie-cutter program.

Weekly Check-ins & Performance Tracking

One to two check-ins per week on: analysis, load selection review, and progress monitoring.

Maximum Support & Accountability

Ideal for those who want close guidance, regular touchpoints, and deeper education.

  • Coaching Calls: 1 x 30-minute call per week for the first 8 weeks, then fortnightly for the final 8 weeks (12 calls total)

  • Video Check-ins: 2 per week (nutrition, exercise feedback, accountability)

  • App Messaging Support: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

  • Education Access: Full access to the Smart Strength & Nutrition online portal

TIER 2

Moderate Support & Accountability

Ideal for clients who want structured support but don’t need as many calls.

  • Coaching Calls: 1 x 30-minute call per week for 4 weeks, then monthly for the final 12 weeks (7 calls total)

  • Video Check-ins: 1 per week (nutrition, exercise feedback, accountability)

  • App Messaging Support: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

  • Education Access: Full access to the Smart Strength & Nutrition online portal

ONGOING COACHING

After the First 16 Weeks

Continued support to maintain progress, adapt training, and keep building.

  • Coaching Calls: 1 x 30-minute call per month

  • Video Check-ins: 1 per week (nutrition, exercise feedback, accountability)

  • App Messaging Support: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

  • Community & Education: Access to the coaching community and all ongoing education content
